Michael, I always questioned the "global" choreography view because in real life you never know what everyone is doing with everyone else. Moreover, you have no need to know. But most of life is a choreography with bits of orchestration thrown in. My concern is while orchestration works well for the well-defined local aspects, I think "global" orchestration on too large a scale (e.g., the who is responsible for feeding Moscow problem) is equally futile. However, it is very appealing because it gives the illusion of control. Ken
