Hi Duane,

I have no suggestions to add. I am writing only to give you a heads 
up about my note taking, since I volunteered to take that on for this 
meeting. I take notes by hand because I have chronic tendinitis in my 
left hand. Being right handed, that leaves my good hand for note 
taking, but sustained keyboarding, especially up to an hour and a 
half, is not something I can do without paying an unacceptable pain 
penalty. All this means is that I might occasionally ask to slow down 
the pace so I can capture something, or else to ask for something to 
be repeated. This has never become a problem in other TCs where I 
have done this, so I don't expect it to become a problem in this 
instance. I just wanted to let you know ahead of time.
