Don et al:

Everyone has complete permission to use it.  I am still finalizing the 
first draft and meant to either delete the copyright or make a more 
comprehensive one that spells out a royalty free, perpetual, 
non-exclusive, anyone can use it for whatever they want, use at your own 
risk type license.  The next draft will have that.  In the meantime, 
please consider this as such.
