Minor comment on the minutes before approval:
- Formally speakng, we did not "adjourn" the meeting: this week is one
four-day meeting, if we adjourn each day this would imply four separate
meetings. As we discussed this morning, this would have implications for
voting status of any member not participating this week (missing four, and
not one, meetings)
