In the best of worlds (a phrase I seem to be using a lot lately), someone who previously had an issue can look at the action taken in v10 and if it is satisfactory, just notify the list that that issue has been resolved.  We have previously had votes to accept in bulk those changes where the commenter was now happy.

If there is still a problem, comments on what is still missing should be entered.  We may still be able to respond to those quickly.  It is really only those where the commenter cannot be satisfied that requires a full TC discussion.

That said, if you have issues, be near your email (or IM) to respond to questions during the ftf!

As far as I can tell, the commenters to v9 have not reviewed the v10
spec and either closed out their issues or asked for further
considerations.  While the majority of v9 issues were considered and
actions were assigned, this by no means guarantees that the issues are
satisfactorily resolved.  I intend to go back through the issues in the
"Issues against Draft N_8" tab and I hope others do too.
