I beg to differ regarding whether or not this is SOA-related. A head butt is a service that provides the capability of inducing force on the service consumer, with a real-world effect of intense pain. Although the service consumer may not have had a need to be met by this capability, it can be considered one of those anamolous, unintended RWEs that we have been discussing in the RA calls.
