Next draft by Monday

I hope to have the next draft out by Monday, then maybe

a further minor change one by Wed to correct any glaring

typos.

In the meantime, it looks like there is still a little refinement

needed with the Multiple Specification Section 3.7, following

Jacques' comments. I'll try sorting out some text but maybe

it can wait till any pre-Wednesday minor update.
