Changes since the last committe draft (Feb 2009)

* OASIS ODT Template used (content copied into fresh
   template)

To comply with the template (as per Mary's requests):
* Table of Contents added
* Introduction included in numbering (Section 1) so all
   section numbers incremented
*  (corresponding updates to references to numbered
   sections mentioned in text)
* Conformance section moved to end (Section 5) and
   mention in Intro moved to para $1

Other changes
* Format of Small subsection headers reduced
* Odd one or two sections numbered which weren't numbered
   before
* 'Test Assertion document' label removed from part of Fig 3
* Spacing changed here and there
* Penultimate paragraph of 3.2 changed from
   "The case of how to write a predicate ..."
   to
   "The case of how to show that a test assertion ..."
* Title changed of section 3.2.3 from
   "Optional Statements: Prescription Level"
    to
   "Handling Optional Statements"
* Bullet formatting improved
* 4.3 "Test Assertions for Properties" section changed
   to put property into a tag
   with corresponding changes to section on Tags and
   appendix worked example
* 4.6.1 removed first example showing elided list
   and shortened note on elided TA Id lists
   and placed it at end
* 4.6.1 Subsection "Test Assertion Document" - added
   "Test Assertion Collection" to list of synonyms for
   Test Assertion Document
* 4.10 "Target Categories" - major rewrite and addition of
   new subsections



Outstanding errors
* 4.6 section third paragraph mentions section 3.6.1 which
   should now be 4.6.1
* Inconsistency in position of 'Tag' in order or TA parts in
   examples (either put after Target or at end)

Outstanding requested further changes
* 4.6.1 title change from "Lists (Dimensions of Variability)"
   to just "Lists"
* 4.6.1 title change from "Tags (Test Assertion Metadata)"
   to just "Tags"
