Looking at using test assertions (maybe markup, maybe XPath) with OASIS UBL

Early days yet but looks like I'm getting a green light to start on
some test assertions for the OASIS Universal Business Language
with the UBL TC. I hope we can cover a simple calculation model
for UBL using TAs and the markup together with an XPath profile
looks like the way to go. I might get feedback to pass to TAG TC.
