Next meeting is
August 4th (we skip July 21).
Agenda will be along
the lines:
- Continued work on
mark-up: we should have a complete proposal (from Stephen)
- Should we consider
appending mark-up to main guideline doc at some point? (then become a spec, but
the guideline part remains "non-normative")
- public review
status.
