Draft Markup Re: [tag] Groups - conference call added

I have a draft document I called "testAssertionMarkupLanguageV01"
which proposes an initial stab at documenting the markup we have so
far. Is it too early to post this to the website? It uses the material from

the current Guidelines (PRD 1) and adds the markup we have developed.

Much is placeholder text (just hinting at element-by-element semantics
normative statements for the markup) but it gives an idea of what a

markup specification could look like. I could upload it people think it
would be valuable but am quite happy to keep it under wraps for now if
preferred.
