Document Description:
PDF, non-diffed version of TA-markup-cd-01-PR2-rev5 :

- alignment with the Model (show consolidated previous changes, removal of
redundant text)
- edited the schema to align with Model: changes in:

o Test Assertion:
oo target: /@idscheme (renamed as) /@docSource (removed)
oo normativeSource type
oo add Description element
o Test Assertion Set:
oo aligned testAssertionRef, testAssertionSelection with model.
oo testAssertionResource_type simplified (as in model)
oo simplified Common type (TA doc header)
oo introduced a TA list wrapper element whenever there is a set of TAs or
of TA IDs.

- Added Revision History in appendix.
- Conf Clause: more specific that the normative statements to be complied
with are
the mandatory ones (must, must not...)
