Btw, I was the representative from Microsoft. To the group -- have you considered contacting the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation http://www.ibfd.nl/about_ibfd/frameset_about.htm which is a non profit; with regards the establishment of a framework for the work elements of the TC? It's not entirely clear to me what the charter of the TC is - for example, it could be that the goal of the TC is to develop a taxonomy for (1) International transfer pricing and (2) indirect tax (collectively VAT, GST, Sales Tax)....taxation of the Internet -- this would surely peek the interest of potential participants and get the work commitment underway Comments?
