6 pm-7 pm Informal drink in hotel bar for those of us already booked in the hotel. 8 pm Dinner. Restaurant to be suggested.
January 29
8.30 am Departure from the lobby of the hotel lobby for a 10 minute walk to the Oracle conference centre
9 am Welcome by Oracle representative Opening of the meeting by Harm Jan van Burg
9.10 Discussion and adoption of December 11 teleconference minutes
9.15 Update of developments within tax administrations (Australia, Germany, Canada, , UK, US, Netherlands)
10.15 XBRL adoption by tax administrations. Presentation by Eric Cohen (XBRL international) and discussion
11 am Exchange of experiences from UK, Australia and Canada with regards to XBRL Conclusions in the form of tasks for the XBRL liaison subcommittee
12- 1.30 Lunch break
1.30 pm Liaison with OAGIS. The use and usefulness of core components for tax processes Presentation and discussion with Garret Minakowa CEO of OAG.
3.30 pm Discussion in the subcommittees with regards to past and future work. Agreement on short term and mid term deliverables.
5 pm Close of the day short look back and look ahead for coming day
8 pm Team dinner, suggestion by Oracle

9.30 am Discussion and adoption on the white paper structure and time table
10.15 am The Mitre work on the STF, a progress report.
11:00 am Presentation of the Tax-xml schema repository website by Michael Roytman
11:30 am The Australian xml project results by Paul Madden and Christine Beasley
12:30 pm Lunch break
1:30 pm Discussion in subcommittees on future work projects How do we benefit the most form the work that has been done in the different countries and which help can we organise
2 pm How could the software industry help and what do they need to promote electronic interchange of tax data. Short presentations by IBM, Microsoft, Oracle and Vertex
3 pm Presentation and discussion about decision to adopt CIQ as recommended standard
3:45 pm Decisions about future work and results of this conference
4:30 pm Planning upcoming teleconferences and face to face meeting
5:00 pm Conclusions and closure by Harm Jan van Burg
