Public Review of WS-BaseNotification and WS-BrokeredNotification v1.3 -- corrected links

The OASIS Web Services Notification TC has approved the following 
specification documents and related documents as Committee Drafts and 
approved the package for public review:

     WS-BaseNotification, public review draft dated 28 November 2005
     WS-BrokeredNotification, public review draft dated 28 November 2005

The public review starts today, 20 December 2005, and ends 4 January 
2006.  This is a second review of the specification as provided by OASIS TC 
Process rules [1].  Announcement of the first review can be found at 
[2].   Under our rules, subsequent reviews must be held for a minimum of 15 
days.  Changes made to a specification after a review must be clearly 
identified in any subsequent review [3], and this subsequent review is 
limited in scope to those changes made in the previous review round.

Public review from potential users, developers and stakeholders is an 
important part of the OASIS process to assure interoperability and 
quality.  Comments are solicited from all interested parties. Comments may 
be submitted to the TC by any person via a web form found on the TC's web 
page at [4]. Click the button for "Send A Comment" at the top of the 
page.  Direct access to the comment form is available at [5].  Submitted 
comments (for this work as well as other works of that TC) are publicly 
archived and can be viewed at [6].
