provided attestations with respect to successfully using WSRP v2, as required by
the OASIS TC Process. In addition, the chair is also pleased to report that
there are at least four known implementations of the WSRP v2 Committee
Specification, each of which emanates from vendor organizations.

(h) An account of and results of the voting to approve the specification as a
Committee Specification, including the date of the ballot and a pointer to the
ballot .
Committee Specification
The specification was approved as a Committee Specification in a ballot
(http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/ballot.php?id=1411) which closed on 28
January 2008. This ballot had one non-vote and two abstains with the rest voting
for approval. The abstains both commented on having not received an IPR
statement from WebCollage (which had issued such a statement relative to WSRP
v1). The TC has attempted to acquire such a statement from WebCollage, but had
little leverage as WebCollage had not been involved in the effort to define WSRP
v2 and was non-responsive to the Technical Committee's requests.

(i) An account of or pointer to votes and comments received in any earlier
attempts to standardize substantially the same specification, together with the
originating TC's response to each comment.
There have been no past attempts to submit WSRP v2 for OASIS standardization.

(j) A pointer to the publicly visible comments archive for the originating TC.
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/wsrp-comment/

(k) A pointer to any minority reports.
There have been no minority reports received from Committee members nor
statements that the specification has underlying technical issues or
non-reviewed substantive changes.
