The specification had been released for public review as required by the TC Process [2]. The vote to approve at Committee Specification (CS) level passed [3], and the approved CS 01 is available online in the OASIS Library as referenced above. We thank the OIC TC members and all reviewers who contributed to the production of this technical work. This notification is provided in accordance with the OASIS Technical Committee Process (Section 2.8) requirements for TC Visibility [4].
