Subject: RE: [tgf] TGF ENQUIRY

John

CS Transform has a methodology for benchmarking how “citizen-centric” a government is against the four dimensions of the TGF: business management, customer management, channel management, technology management.  A top-level view of the methodology, plus summary data for a range of countries, is included in the attached white paper.  I’d be very happy for you to pass this on, and also to follow up with your contact if they would like to explore Tunisia’s position in greater depth.

Subject: [tgf] TGF ENQUIRY

I’ve received the following message on LinkedIn from someone in the Tunisian Government.  Would anyone like to provide a reply please?

Hi, it’s really a very interesting issue for government all around the world, I’m just wondering how can we measure the level of citizen centricity, how can we say if a government is citizen centric or not? I’m interested in hearing from you because I believe that a government needs first to assess this before embarking in a TG initiative. Don't you think so?”
