Re TGF translations

Hello Dmytro

It's very good to hear from you and for you to volunteer to translate the
TGF.  The document we would like to be translated is the attached.  It's a
short version of the TGF Primer, about 10 pages instead of the full 60+
pages!  If you need any help with understanding any of the terminology
please let me know.

I'd also be very interested to hear of what use you and/or your colleagues
in the Ukraine are making of the TGF. Is there anything we can do to help
you with using it?
