Thanks for that interesting link.

As a matter of fact, Tim Bray looks like following the same paths for namespaces, as
PubSubj TC does for PSIs:
two mandatory faces, one for computer identification/processing, and one for human
understanding/interpretation.
In a nutshell, I understand it like Namespaces being a subclass of PSIs:

Published Subject Identifier <= Namespace URI
Published Subject Indicator <= Namespace Document

It is fine to see such a convergence ... too simple to be true ?
