[tm-pubsubj-comment] Liaison with W3C Web Ontology Working Group

I'm happy to announce that the principle of a formal liaison between PubSubj TC and W3C
Web Ontology Working Group seems to be now granted, thanks to recent exchanges with Jim
Hendler.

I've posted on PubSubj Web site a draft agenda proposal for that liaison.

I invite Jim to express here the interest of the liaison from WebOnt viewpoint, and to
forward this on WebOnt forum whenever and by any way he feels relevant.
