Following Montréal TC meeting, I am happy to announce the arrival of two new (provisional)
members in the Committee.

-- Vivian Bliss, Microsoft
-- Don Smith, Isogen

I will let those folks care to introduce themselves and their interest in the TC work ...
But notice that two more corporate members of OASIS (and not among the minor ones) are
hence represented in the TC.

Welcome Vivian and Don, and looking forward for your input - that we have indeed yet
started to appreciate during Montréal meeting!
