I had in fact prepared Patrick's version, so I have it published now at:

I did not want to change the current draft, since I had not enough feedback on it.
As said before, I basically agree with Patrick's rewording, except that I have kept a
section that he would have cut altogether (about Publishers).

Hope that fits better your parser :)
