| Peter has some experience with IRC meetings, and we have set a
| "blank" one on January 23 at 13:00 UTC of which he has accepted to
| be the moderator. Hence his quite technical message.

Just for the record: there was some discussion about whether 1300 UTC
was really the right time, as we were unsure of the time difference
from CET to UTC, but I've checked, and 1300 is right.
