This is just a reminder of the date of our first IRC meeting.
The original agenda is one point: setting London meeting.

Since Peter has proposed to facilitate the meeting, it would be good
that he post the final technical instructions here.

|Just for the record: there was some discussion about whether 1300 UTC
|was really the right time, as we were unsure of the time difference
|from CET to UTC, but I've checked, and 1300 is right.
