This is the proposal for next Thursday meeting

- Deliverable 1

    - Remaining action items
    - Schedule for final ballot : if we don't put up deadlines, we can still be there in
10 years :(

I would really like this deliverable to be packed up and approved by London meeting.

- New OASIS TC management system. Status and things to do to get it working smoothly in
our TC.
