   - BV: check procedure for submitting commitee specs as OASIS rec
   - VB: survey to publishers of existing PSI sets (maybe use Kavi)
     - email to each PSI set author with link to deliv #1, list of deliv #2
       issues, and a suitably phrased question
   - IRC meeting about deliverable #2 issues "grouping of subject
