Actually I volunteered to check for conformance, not fix it! :-) With 
the editor's consent (and I promise not to touch the content, just add 
bits for conformance) I think I could have the reformed version out by 
the end of the week. Sorry for the delay, reorganization at the office 
has increased paperwork, etc.
