[topicmaps-comment] Intro question (and redirection?)

I am not sure if this question is appropriate for this forum - is there
a topic map developers forum? Redirect me if I have got lost!
I am 50% through XML Topic Maps (the book), so it's a beginners
question.

Anyway, I have the following fragment:

I would like to represent (or at least get started on) representing this
using topic maps.
It is for a UDDI sample I read today integrating RSS feeds and RDF and
UDDI keywords are used, but
I feel Topic Maps would be more useful... So this is my first real
project with them.

I plan to look at it when I get in tomorrow, but I would like any
pointers on the best way 
to go about this... I know I still have quite a bit of reading to do :)
