As the primary representative of Huawei in OASIS, I would like to provide the following SoU:

Huawei Technology is successfully using the Topology and Orchestration Specification for Cloud Applications (TOSCA) v1.0 Committee Specification 02 as approved on 10 May 2013, in accordance with the mandatory conformance clauses specified therein and OASIS policy.

This successful use/implementation did not include the interoperation of another independent implementation.

Hi Aaron,

Just to make things easier, we would need something very close to the below from you CC your OASIS Primary Representative or directly from that person. Please note the last sentence could say “included” or “did not include” but you must use the sentence. Hope this helps.

Hi Aaron,

Thank you so much for your submission. As you will hear at today’s meeting, I just figured out that we will have to ask submitters to resend their statements of use with the revised approval date and number of CS02 when it is approved, so you will just have to change those two things and resend to me after the meeting.

Sorry to have to ask you to mail it twice. Also, could you please CC your primary representative so that they can confirm (unless you are the Primary Representative) when you resend to me?

Hi Aaron,

I just wanted to touch base with you regarding a Huawei statement of use. I believe if you could provide one from Huawei within the next week or so, it would be included for the betterment of all, along with the ones provided by Vnomic, IBM, U. of Stuttgart, Axway, HP. Do you think you would be able to supply one?

Again, it is not necessary that your use has been tested with other implementations or that it is perfect.
