That slide deck is intended as basis to provide a walk-though to the TC members in the next TOSCA TC call where we will be looking for general feedback on our taken direction.
The first ”module” is targeting CIOs (pp. 3-4) in a compact way, acknowledging the often extreme time constraints in presentation opportunities for that target audience.
The second “module” is targeting CTOs, technical strategists, and chief architects (pp. 6-15) using a more comprehensive but still (mostly) non-technical approach. For their key challenges as identified on p. 6, TOSCA claims to provide great solutions (in some cases for the first time, in other cases in a much more efficient and comprehensive way compared to other approaches). On pp. 7-13 we explain and illustrate for every individual challenge how TOSCA is doing that.
The ad-hoc workgroup working on an Executive-focused presentation is considering to add a third, more technical module later-on. However, for now it is most important to rapidly accomplish an agreed version of the first two modules that are useful for the preparation of upcoming public events (such as TOSCA Interoperability demonstrations) to maximize our chances of successfully promoting TOSCA.
