Beware of Time Zone Madness!

Dear TOSCA-teers,

 

Please be aware that this week and next tends to be when the time zones make meeting attendance and hosting rather difficult. Many parts of the world approach this differently, e.g., much of Europe turned their clocks back on October 30^th while the US and Canada turn their clocks back on Sunday, November 6^th. Many other approaches/variations exist throughout the world.
