Minutes for the meeting of the Electronic Identity Credential Trust Elevation Methods (Trust Elevation) Technical Committee February 5, 2014. 1. Call to Order and Welcome.

We achieved quorum.
2. Agenda review and approval

The agenda was approved.
3. Approval of the Minutes
Abbie moved and Andrew seconded approval of the minutes of the previous meeting.
4. Editors Update
The rest of the meeting was devoted to a discussion of Andrew’s latest slide deck framing the model for the Fourth Deliverable (protocol for trust elevation), TrustEl Architecture v03.pdf and its father, JorEl 1932. Among other points addressed during the discussion, the participants converged on the idea that Andrew’s model would require preloading of data in various boxes in order to be successful, that such preloading would have to be implementation-specific, e.g., not normative, and that it would be useful to provide a reference example to aid implementers. All agreed that Andrew’s work has advanced the effort. He agreed to revise the model to incorporate.
