These examples were not meant to represent the names we're
actually using, but I'm sorry they turned out to be so distant
from the ones in the code list paper.  Try these instead:

(1) <currency code='CAD'>123.45</currency>
(2) <currency code='CAD' listAgencyID='BSI'>123.45</currency>
(3) <currency code='CAD' listAgencyID='BSI'
              code='can-fr' listAgencyID='LISA'>123.45</currency>
