2004-0317-01 General Review of the CM Document

   Review and Discussion of comments regarding the CM document. The
discussion is expected to concentrate on editing of the current material
towards UBL 1.0 release (as oppossed to structural changes or addition of
sections). Special attention to the newer sections 5 and 6 is requested.

   The latest version of the document (with line numbers and graphics) was
added for the purpose of this discussion to the UBL CM page:
