[ubl-comment] Waiting list for UBL TC

The OASIS TC Process mandates a waiting period of 60 days for
applications to join an OASIS Technical Committee in order to
prevent "stacking" of the TC when particular issues come up for a
vote.  A list of people eligible to participate in OASIS technical
committees who have registered their desire to join the OASIS UBL
TC since our formational meeting last week is now available at

   http://oasis-open.org/committees/ubl/waiting.htm

These people will automatically be added to the TC 60 days after
the date each request was received.

If you are an OASIS member, or an employee of an OASIS member
organization, you may be placed on the waiting list by sending a
request to become a member of the UBL TC to jon.bosak@sun.com (the
chair of the TC) and lisa.seaburg@commerceone.com (who is
maintaining the membership list).  For further information

Note that it is *not* necessary to wait 60 days to become a member
of a subcommittee of the UBL TC.  To join a UBL subcommittee, get
an OASIS membership (if you haven't already) and apply directly to
the chair of the subcommittee.  The current UBL subcommittees and
