[ubl-comment] UBL_Library-0p65.xsd problem

Hi,

I have run into a problem using the latest release of the Library (Op65).
Xerces2J complains that:

Error:  org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cos-nonambig:
"urn:oasis:names:tc:ubl:Order:1.0:0.65":ResponseID and "u
rn:oasis:names:tc:ubl:Order:1.0:0.65":ResponseID (or elements from their
substitution group) violate "Unique P
article Attribution".

The content model of the OrderResponseType includes 2 consecutive ResponseID
elements, the first of which is 1..unbounded, and the second of which is
0..1.  The problem here is the infamous "non-deterministic content model"
that XML Schema Language forbids. Can anybody comment on this problem, how
it will be resolved, etc.?
