Hello J,

We suspect that a number of companies are starting to take an
interest in UBL, but we don't have any mechanism at this stage for
gathering information on such efforts.  It's typical at this point
in the creation of a standard for commercial developers to keep
their plans secret for as long as they can.  We probably won't
know what's really happening until UBL 1.0 completes its journey
through the OASIS standardization process, which could take
another six months or so.

UBL is explicitly called out in the list of standards under
consideration by the UK Office of the e-Envoy, and there is reason
to believe that it is under consideration by several other
governments, but there is nothing solid to report yet.

   where can I find a list or similar of the governments or public institutions ina ny country interested in UBL implementation?
   I'm also interested in a list of big companies (SUN, IBM, ...) working with UBL. 
   Where cam I find this kind of information?
