The typo comes from the OASIS template:

   http://docs.oasis-open.org/templates/OASISSpecificationTemplateV3.1.ott

I'll make sure that this gets corrected in the final version.  You
might want to make a similar correction to the template.

I didn't realize that URLs were already embedded behind the
literal text in the template; I thought that OO was using the ones
I put in the literals.  It might be a good idea to turn off the
automatic URL function in the template so that others don't make
this same mistake.
