Hello Roberto,

Ken already noted this problem in private mail.  We are regarding
this as an error in the placement of the review package rather
than an error in the package itself.  It should be corrected when
OASIS installs the final version after the public review.

   please note the specification has an error on both the following paragraphs:

   2.1 New installation
   2.2 Existing installation

   The errata package should be

   http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/errata-UBL-2.0.zip

   instead of

   http://docs.oasis-open.org/ubl/prd-UBL-2.0-update-delta.zip
