By incorporating, you mean folding all of our various outputs into one 
complete set, right?  I think this is possible, since we're actually 
constantly updating the NDR document; we would just be alerting the 
public to an especially stable draft in October.

We should probably take some joint-session time in October to talk about 
how the finished product will look, so that we can work towards that in 
whatever ways necessary.  Can we add that as an agenda item?
