Sorry for the delay -- I took a vacation last week to recover from
Hong Kong and am only now beginning to catch up with mail.

Wow.  I don't know what we can do about this.  The week of
November 8-12 is a run-up to the big XML conference in
D.C. November 14-19, then the week after that is Thanksgiving, and
the week after that I'm supposed to be hosting an EIDX
conference.  I suppose that December 6-10 or 13-17 are possible.
October 25-29 is possible.

Of course, if LMI hosted the meeting November 8-12, then some of
us could just stay in Washington...
