Datetime and ISO 8601

    Hello. 


    I had a validation error on a document:

<cbc:RequestedDeliveryDateTime>2004-11-20</cbc:RequestedDeliveryDateTime>

    msv gives the following error:

"2004-11-20" does not satisfy the "dateTime" type


    But sxc documentation states:

For times use an ISO 8601 compliant format that includes the UTC offset

    And according to ISO 8601, that is a valid format.



    Am I missing something?
