Hi Stephen,

	I think it need a change. There is many documents like legal  
informations, technical specifications which I need to attach to an  
Order (Quote ...).
It was impossible, imho, in UBL1 to attach to the Order  one or more  
binary document (PDF, images ...).
In the UBL2 Draft, I discover the new AttachedDocument document type,  
but it seems that It cannot be used as part of OrderType,  
QuotationType, OrderResponseType nor ItemType.
