Subject: Re: [ubl-dev] UBL 2.0 public review
Forwarded on behalf of Peter Borresen, UBL Procurement SC: Dear Xavier There are several ways to integrate attached documents to an order. 1) You can send it as a seperate documents using "AttachedDocument" and then refer to it using an ID in AdditionalDocumentReference. AdditionalDocument exists as a placeholder for non-UBL documents. 2) You can refer to an external URI in AdditionalDocumentReference 3) You can embed the document using the Attachment part of the AdditionalDocumentReference. Kind regards Peter L. There is many documents like legal informations, technical specifications which I need to attach to an Order (Quote ...). It was impossible, imho, in UBL1 to attach to the Order one or more binary document (PDF, images ...). In the UBL2 Draft, I discover the new AttachedDocument document type, but it seems that It cannot be used as part of OrderType, QuotationType, OrderResponseType nor ItemType. I will post a comment in the site's comment form.
