Subject: ID + schemeID attribute
Hi developers, UBL's attribute schemeAgencyID defaults to the UN/EDIFACT data element 3055 "Code list responsible agency code". UN/EDIFACT used data element 1131 "Code list qualifier" (at least until 2000) for identifying a specific identification scheme. What is the recommended way to identify a specific scheme in UBL? Is there a recommended code list available for an attribute schemeID?
