I suggest you to register your software on ubl.xml.org under the
"products" section.

You will have to classify your software according one or more categories.

Moreover you will have to provide a title using these few naming rules:

[Company Name]: [Product Title]

A short description and a permanent link will complete your submission.

The "products" area is suitable also for commercial software.
