    KB: Coordinating with ESLSC on regional differences in the
    Spanish translation; comments received from Peru, Venezuala,
    and Argentina, more pending from Ecuador and Chile.  KB will be
    presenting at a meeting of the Inter-American Development Bank
    meeting in Lima.

UBL GUIDELINES FOR CUSTOMIZATION
