Sorry folks: I must correct and answer my last message.
The code for a purchase order is 105 (not, as I wrote, 320). 
Since there is no form for 105 and the UN Layout to use is Order (220) (see http://www.unece.org/cefact/standar/docs/tfd_105.htm), and since our documentation sometimes refers to the Order as a purchase order, it follows that the purchase order change request UN Layout form 230 is appropriate for our Change Order document.
