I note that these are from yet another scenario, and not from either the 
Office or Joinery scenarios.  I'll add the scenario to the list of 
scenarios if this is going to be part of the final deliverable.

Unfortunately, the despatch and receipt files in the ZIP file appear to be 
corrupted to my version of Word.

I've cc'ed Bill on this note ... Bill, are any revisions or additions to 
the set of documents available?
